Initial Phone Consultation. A phone call is our first step to learn more about you and your project and for you to learn more about our team and the remodel process. 

Site Visit. During this visit we will gather enough information to develop a complete comprehensive picture of the project. This is an opportunity for our team to gain firsthand knowledge of the project site, its surrounding, and any existing conditions that may impact construction activities. 

Sign Design Agreement.  

Design.  From new construction to luxury bathroom/kitchen remodeling, our in-house design team listens carefully to your needs, wants, and style preferences, delivering high quality projects that reflect your personality and enhance your quality of life. This is a crucial step that involves architects/designers, engineers, land surveyors, and general contractor reviewing drawings, documents and budget before construction can begin. The design development phase is a key part of the design phase that involves:

• Defining and developing important aspects of the project
• Producing drawings and outline specifications
• Ensuring the building is structurally sound and meets safety regulations
• Reviewing, revising, and expanding schematic plans and elevations
• Incorporating details and specifications required for construction
• Considering projects components down to the smallest detail

The design development phase is important in for several reasons, including:

• Establishing the chain of command

Sign Design Agreement. During this phase we will outline the responsibilities of the contractor and the customer. This Construction Agreement will include a payment schedule, a project start date and a project completion date.

Pre-Production.  Complete pre-planning is vital to the success of construction projects. For a maximum success our management team commits to accomplish all planning before the start of construction.

OUTLINE OF THE PRE-CONSTRUCTION PROCESS

• The pre-construction process is vital to the success of the entire construction project.
• Also referred to as the design phase, pre-construction gives owners a full understanding of the project’s cost, scope, and schedule. The project’s success will be dependent on this phase before a single nail is driven or brick is laid. 
• Once we enter the pre-construction process, owner will become familiar with the pre-construction manager.

Construction. The construction stage is the hub of the project. It is the phase where the planning takes off. During the construction phase owner will have access to our client portal. Homeowners will be able to track progress throughout the duration of the project. Homeowner will have access to permits, project photos, scheduling, work orders, inspections, and much more. Through this platform homeowner will also be able to communicate with the team.
