06. Sign Construction Agreement

Sign Design Agreement. During this phase we will outline the responsibilities of the contractor and the customer. This Construction Agreement will include a payment schedule, a project start date and a project completion date.

  • The pre-construction process is vital to the success of the entire construction project.
  • Also referred to as the design phase, pre-construction gives owners a full understanding of the project’s cost, scope, and schedule. The project’s success will be dependent on this phase before a single nail is driven or brick is laid. 
  • Once we enter the pre-construction process, owner will become familiar with the pre-construction manager.




09. Construction

Construction. The construction stage is the hub of the project. It is the phase where the planning takes off. During the construction phase owner will have access to our client portal. Homeowners will be able to track progress throughout the duration of the project. Homeowner will have access to permits, project photos, scheduling, work orders, inspections, and much more. Through this platform homeowner will also be able to communicate with the team.
